I’m getting ready for Christmas.

I know it’s only February but you can never get too early of a start. Last year in November I started my Christmas knitting. Suffice it to say not many people got a homemade knitted item. So this year, I started early. I plan on giving everyone on my husbands side of the family a home knit item.

I made this Rivolo for one of my nieces. I hope it’s a style a 20 something would like.

I made these socks for a sister-in-law. Good thing they don’t read my blog. I don’t even think they know what a blog is. Well the 20 something nieces probably know but wouldn’t be caught dead on their aunts.

I also received another wonderful swap package. This is from Susan who I met last year at the Spring Fling.  Honest to God, this package took over an hour for me to unwrap everything.  Everything is soooo nice.

Here’s a close up of the stitch markers. I just love them.

And here’s my favorite. They’re little labs. You know how I love my labs.

Now, I must go because someone is waiting for me in bed.

You are so great to think that far ahead! Then you won't be pressured around the holidays. Vince is so cute!

Today is a very big day in the Where’s Wenda? Contest. I am visiting all of the SITS followers. Can I do it? There are around 1000 followers. Oh my! Better grab my cup of coffee and get on my way. Be sure to visit Hot Chocolate Caramel Mocha and Three Bay B Chicks as part of your contest entry.

Fabulous post Pat! MOTH would pay you a zillions dollars for those socks, as he reckons my feet give him frost bite each time they come near him! Don't send yet though, it's still 103F. here today! And that gorgeous sleeping cherub is scrumptious - where do you get one of those!!
